Memphis Depay has refused to put an end to the rumours linking him with a move to Barcelona, as the Lyon forward admitted after the Netherlands' 1-1 draw against Spain that he would like to play at the Camp Nou.
The 26-year-old was Ronald Koeman's desired target to replace Luis Suarez in the summer transfer window, yet Barcelona could not reach an agreement with Lyon.
However, with his contract set to expire in June, there are rumours that the Catalans may come in for Depay in the January transfer window.
"I don't know about Barcelona. The transfer market is not open. My mind isn't on that," Depay said in a post-match interview on Wednesday night.
"I am trying to give my best, to play well in order to become a better player. There is a lot of speculation out there".
"Who wouldn't like to play there? They are one of the best teams in the world. Everyone would like to play there, but I'm not thinking about that."
