Di Canio tells Inter Milan coach Chivu: You cannot accept what Bisseck said

Inter lost 2-1 in midweek, with Jose Gimenez scoring an injury-time winner for Atletico.

In the aftermath, Bisseck insisted Inter lost due to "bad luck".

Di Canio says Inter coach Cristian Chivu needs to pull Bisseck aside over his post-match reaction, explaining: "Luck and bad luck don't exist.

"Chivu must remove such excuses from the players' heads. He ate grass, he played with a helmet. If you hit the post, it's because you shot poorly."

On what Inter is missing, Di Canio continued: "Hunger and nastiness.

"(Hakan) Calhanoglu loses the ball and lifts his leg. We need a (Paolo) Maldini, a (Gianluca) Vialli on the pitch. Lautaro coming off shaking his head isn't a good sign. And  (Yoan-Ange) Bonny is in better form than (Marcus) Thuram.

"Chivu needs the courage to question the hierarchy."
