Diaz: Kane must win the Ballon d'Or; Olise is very talkative in the team

In an interview with Sky Sport Germany, Luis Diaz discussed his first season since joining Bayern, the team's current state, and his goals, while also chatting about teammates such as Kane, Michael Olise, Saibari, and Nathaniel Brown. This article is the second part of the exclusive interview.

On Bayern's chances of winning the Champions League

Diaz said: "Yes, of course. We are well aware that we are at a great club, we have a great team, and we also have very good coaching staff.

Our goal, of course, is to win all the trophies we can, especially the Champions League. Last season, we performed very well in the Champions League, and this year we will try again."

On the importance of Olise and what kind of player he is

Diaz said with a smile: "First of all, it's very important for us that the team wasn't broken up. If we lost a player like that, it would be very difficult. A new player might come in, and then many things would change, and he would also need time to adapt.

But thank goodness he's still here and hasn't left. He's still a very important player for us. He has incredible ability and has consistently shown it in these matches.

As for him as a person, as I've said before, he's a very nice guy, and he actually talks a lot. When facing the media, he sometimes might not want to say too much, which I can understand because I don't like it myself. I don't like talking about myself at all. But after all, we are public figures, so we have to cooperate to some extent, which is also part of our job. Within the team, Michael actually talks a lot, whether in the locker room or on the field. He jokes around and is also a great team player. We get along very well."

On Kane and the Ballon d'Or

Diaz said: "I've noticed several people have talked about this, and everyone has their own opinion, right? Every opinion deserves respect. From my point of view, Harry must be the Ballon d'Or winner. Because he is one of the best players in the world and has proven this for a very long time. Also, his performance last season was simply incredible."

On what it means to him to be among the top 30 players in world football

Diaz said: "For me, it means a lot. I will always keep this in mind. Not everyone has the chance to be among the top 30 players in the world, which is a very wonderful achievement. I have been fortunate enough to be selected twice, and for me and my career, this is a very great achievement.
