After a forgettable start this season - Real Madrid will look forward to this transfer window, with hope of lifting spirits and improving their squad.
Real Madrid started this campaign on a high, having won both La Liga and Champions League titles last term. However, they have struggled defensively and the lack of a solid goalscoring forward has left their season in shambles.
Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez will look to capitalise on the impending transfer window by grabbing some talented players to help them get back on track, ahead of the business months of the 2017/18 campaign.
In these times of crisis, the Bernabeu begs for some change. Real still have ample time to pull up their socks, paving the way through the remainder of this season and beyond. The following three players would help offer significant hope to the supporters and their ambitions going forward:
1: Paulo Dybala (Juventus)
Dealing with Gareth Bale's injuries is proving troublesome for Real at present. He has spent the majority of this season sidelined, whilst also being heavily linked with a Premier League return too. Dybala is a viable option for Los Blancos at present, to replace Bale - having developed tremendously in recent seasons whilst establishing his quality at Juventus.
Bale provides both pace and strength during counter-attacking moves, but Dybala's playstyle relies heavily on player positioning and his own individual skill. He is versatile enough to play in a range of different attacking positions, whilst co-ordinating well with midfielders as they aim to create opportunities galore in the final third.
His blistering pace and dribbling skill, which can also be utilised on the wings, opens up options for the forwards to benefit from - hence why his partnership with compatriot Gonzalo Higúain has been so effective in recent seasons.
So far, his spell in Turin has been fantastic. He has all the makings of a player that Real would benefit from and even though he'd not be eligible to feature in the Champions League this term, having represented the Serie A champions already in group stage competition, they could show a real signal of intent by acquiring his services next month.
2: Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)
Real Madrid are keen to sign a reliable attacking option, someone who can retain possession whilst having the speed needed to support counter-attacking football.
Aguero has been a prolific figure for Manchester City in recent seasons and this term is no different. He has netted 15 goals in 20 appearances across all competitions, despite reportedly unhappy about not receiving as much playing time as he would like.
Madrid supporters have made their discontent towards Karim Benzema known, with the Frenchman's poor form and their lack of confidence in his ability never a good combination. It's increasingly likely that he will leave the club soon and if this happens, Real need a suitable replacement.
Aguero provides both speed and attacking intelligence, whilst being a creative mind - one who could link up well with the midfield duo of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
Although Pep has publicly stated his affection for the Argentine, it's clear that things are not all going smoothly in Manchester at present - even though City themselves are currently 15-points clear of their title-chasing rivals.
3: Leonardo Bonucci (AC Milan)
Third and finally, Leonardo Bonucci would help to strengthen Real - in a different sense to the aforementioned duo. Real's backline have become too predictable and the Italian has proved his ability at Juventus prior to his summer move to Milan.
Of course, it's impossible to ignore his loss of form since arriving at Milan. He himself has been honest with his assessment of the season thus far, saying he has struggled both with the mental side of things following a surprise move, as well as his physical condition too.
Despite saying things would get better earlier this month, it's evident that he is best playing among players at the highest level - Milan, as ambitious as they are, are not yet that good and playing in a two-man defensive partnership does not suit Bonucci in the current circumstances.
As a result, if Real's interest in the 30-year-old is serious, Zidane would look to alter the formation while introducing Bonucci in the centre of defence. Conceding goals more frequently than Real should do, has lead to them dropping more points.
The inclusion of another defensive-minded player within the backline will see a midfielder sacrificed, potentially Mateo Kovavcic or Isco - depending on the opposition.
Bonucci has developed a reputation for reliability and quality for consecutive seasons in Italy and although the last few months have been tough, class is permanent. Unlike both Dybala and Aguero, he would be eligible to compete in the Champions League knockout stages - having represented Milan in the Europa League before Christmas.

In my view, Dybala is not someone who plays Madrid style football. His style matches Barcelona tactics. Just like Isco, now Madrid fans are blaming Isco but the fact is that Isco plays Barcelona type football. So, May be they can go for Icardi or Kane. Bonucci is a good option and as for Sergio I am sure he will not be sold as he is only the one striker currently with Jesus being injured.

I love zidane and he did great for madrid but I think he is now predicatable and seems like he has no plan b. 1st, he is stubborn to accept that Benzema is nolonger as lethal and that he needs a new lethal striker to compete with him 2nd, Real madrid need to look at what barcelona are doing(spending millions on good players like dembele, coutinho, and probably griezman). Real Madrid should admit that Cr7 is nolonger the player that used bail out real madrid by carrying the ball and running with it himself to score goals. He now relies on good supply and is a good finisher, so they should sign some1 who can run with the ball, dribble defenders and provide good service for cr7 to finish, someone like Neymar, hazard. 3rd, Kroos is nolonger the same and we need a good mid fielder with creativity like man city and barcelona Yes we do need a defender as well because without ramos, things are shakey atbthe back. Players to spend millions on: 1. De gea or courtois 2. Bonnucci or any top defender 3. Neymar/hazard 4. Icardi (kane is too expensive for 300mill) 5. Kevin debruyn

Ok First of all Lets Starts with zidiane and aur papa perez i dont think we will sign any of the players in this jan window. And whenever anyone asks zizou about this he always say the poem i am happy with this squad we dont need anyone so god knows but if we sign someone from this names then i would pick only Bonucci .And Harry Kane i dont think dybala will come and Sergio aguerio is too old to play for Real Madrid ..

Dybala totally fits with Real Madrid game of play . And will be a lethal attacking player if he join forces . With Pepe gone its time to sign a worldclass defender . I would go with Hummels , Bonucci , Kompany or David Luiz . For central forwards I see Harry Kane the best option . However Icardi , Cavani , Salah , Aguero would fit perfect as well . Griezmann would be awesome as well . But there is no chance of signing him since he belongs to Real Madrids city rival . De Bruyne or Eriksen would be awesome and would fulfil the James Rodriguez absence . But to be honest De Bruyne and Eriksen fit with Barca style of play more . But they will good with Real as well . And a goalkeeper is the most important thing De Gea , Donarumma , Courtois , Kepa there are many worldclass keepers at the moment .

They don't need Dybala nor Bonuci nor Aguero... Aguero is old and won't fit in their squad. Bonuci is poor defender right now..In Juventus was beast with others. Dybala is good but won't fit too... They should bring Kane in this winter transfer and save money for Neymar in summer. Kane will be perfect striker for them + we will have less guarding job in Premier league :)

Dybala, Kane, Kante and Alaba, and perhaps a natural goal creator, a player like mesut ozil. Modric isn't and kroos isn't, they're good at controlling the ball only, they have the tendency to hang unto the ball and ignore the movement of ronaldo. Marcelo is exhausted and needs help, secondly a genuine competition would wake him up, fresh quality signings will definitely wake people up. I believe it is now time to let go benzema and some of those fringe players, Madrid must make quality signings right now to safe themselves in the two remaining competitions, meaning the copa del rey and the champions league.

Madrid do not need to buy or sell any players because are good it’s just a bad start and soon they will get back on track. Madrid have some of the best players of all time and other teams wishes for it’s just a bad start and a bad period for them and if there is a team in the world that can recover and get up again it’s Real Madrid. That’s my opinion.

Dybala is a very good option as we need our attacking Mid..And if we need a striker it should be Icardi..cause he is still young and a prospect..Agüero is old enough so we can’t expect any potential from him..And for Defence we should buy Young Prospect as Rugani and for current Ramos replacement we should buy bonnuci but he may not join us cause he already moved to milan in the winter..But if he agrees to join then it’s not a bad transfer
