Xabi Alonso's position at Real Madrid is in jeopardy.
According to El Chiringuito TV, Alonso would be sacked if the team doesn't win against Alaves.
Xabi Alonso's Real Madrid has only won 2 games in previous 6 rounds, while losing 2 games in UCL against Liverpool & Man City. That is to say they've only achieved 2 wins in the past 8 games since November the 5th.
However according to The Athletics, though the Madrid hierarchy is concerned about the team’s situation and the manager’s difficulties in finding the right path, Alonso is not seen as the only one to blame.
For that reason, and because of how damaging a change of manager so soon would be for the project, they would prefer to keep him, if results allow.

I thought they said the game against City is his last chance and if he doesn't win, he'd be sacked. Now it's the next La liga game? I guess he got extension. Maybe he'd get another extension after losing that too. 😂

I still dont understand why top clubs sign players that actually they dint need…. Real madrid was flying with vinicious as their main player in left wing…the they brought in Mbappe who plays in a similarvposition..even though mbaope is G.OAT level player…but they could have sold vinicious… Same with Liverpool ..they signed Ektike and Isak in same window..while Ektike was flying high……. Even man united also..Diallo was kinda talismanic figure last season…United could have trusted him as the starting Right winger ..instead they brought in Mbumu whonis a great player…but still i belive we could have spent that 65m on a midfielder and trust diallo as the starting winger…Diallo could easily contribute e 30 G/A from Right winger….
