Elche will face Real Madrid away this weekend. According to statistics from Mundo Deportivo, the team has suffered a 66-year winless streak at the Bernabéu and has never won a game there.
Elche suffered historic defeats in their first two league visits to Real Madrid's home ground: a 2-11 away loss in the 1959-60 season and a 0-8 away loss in the 1960-61 season.
Elche has only managed four draws in 24 visits to the Bernabéu, conceding 89 goals and scoring just 22.
Elche's last match at the Bernabéu was a humiliating 0-4 defeat. Asensio and Benzema scored two penalties, and Modric added another to seal the victory for Real Madrid, who had already scored three goals in the first half, effectively ending any suspense in the game.
