At the end of game against Spurs, Guardiola was seen having an argument with Sergio Aguero, scorer of City’s second goal, following his substitution in the second period. The Catalan played down the altercation between the pair however.
“It was a misunderstanding. Sergio was upset because he thought I blamed him for their second equaliser,” the City manager said. “Emotions were running high.”

Who else noticed that Aguero played smart as he walked up straight to Pep for warm embrace and few friendly chats immediately after final whistle to banish any rumour of fallouts with Pep City , am sure fans will love that maturity and loyalty from KUN Aguero ..

As great manager Pep is and exciting his teams are to watch he needs to stop arguing with his players while the match is still on as this can be considered as insult to a player. We have seen him do it with Joshua Kimmich while at Bayern, with Zinchenko,Sterling and now Aguero. These talks are better to be done in dressing rooms behind closed doors. You are saying emotions are high so as a coach its your duty to calm the player first otherwise in some cases reactions could be worse.
