from what he said about messi. no one is on Messi's level. "go and play with those kids" he just choses cr7 out of pity for his hardwork and being the only one bold enough to challenge the gods. and its the same about cr7 fans, they know the truth but they will never say. meanwhile, Messi is also hardworking and thats why he is at this level.

Some of you are just sentimentally quoting Evra out of context. So did he mean Ronaldo is not talented at all? In his earlier days, Ronaldo was a good dribbler. As he grew professionally, he reduced the antics and concentrated on just looking for goals anyhow. That's why he can function in any team. Good or bad team, Ronaldo will find a way to score because that's what matters to him. You think that's not talent? On the other hand, put Messi in a bad team, he struggles because he thrives with systematic playing. All those Ronaldo's leg overs weren't talent enough? His creative freekicks were not talent enough? His ability to know where to position for the crosses aren't talent enough? Why aren't other strikers scoring like him if he does all that simply because of his training. The fact that other players always talk about his attitude towards competition and his desire to always be on top doesn't in any way suggest that Ronaldo is not talented. How can anybody even think that.
