A former Man United and Chelsea player has celebrated winning the J1 title with Japanese side Vissel Kobe.
The 35-year-old left Galatasaray at the end of the 2020-21 season to join his new club after he lifted the Turkish Super Lig title back in May.
With an already glittering career filled with trophies, the J1 title is another to add to his name.
However, it turns out that Juan Mata has only made one substitute appearance for the title-winning side.
The Spaniard arrived in September and has so far only managed to play ten minutes this season.
Kobe managed to win the title with one game to spare following a 2-1 win over Nagoya.
Mata, who was been given the No 64 shirt since his arrival, was an unused susbsitute.
His one and only appearance came in a 2-0 defeat against Sanfrecce Hiroshima in September.
Despite his lack of playing time, Mata did not appear to be bothered as he got involved in the celebrations.
Following the final whistle, Mata was seen running on the pitching and jumping up and down in joy.
