How many slots are African countries there compared to Europeans or other continents, when did African Nations start competing world cup tournaments, how many countries won the world cup with African players in their squads, how many Top African athletes play for foreign nations. Africans will win the world cup soon and you'll still find reasons to discriminate. The color of your skin doesn't make you better but currently it offers you better opportunities.

people please look things from the bottom to top, we are talking about English football here, the problem is not that teams don't employ blacks , the whole English league don't produce good football managers, all of them from black to white have failed to manage teams in England, most like 50 to 60% of managers in England are from other countries, there was good players in English football, but they can't translate that in teams management's.
