They are a dubious and criminally ran club, they must severely punished inorder to serve as a deterrent to other cheats like Chelsea. They must be relegated and banned from signing players for 6 years. Chelsea were lucky to escape because their owners reported their own criminal behaviour to the FA,otherwise the hammer could have also fallen on them.

To be fair, the deduction of points should affect all the seasons in question. Let's say 30 per season from 2009 to 2018. Otherwise their fraud will officially be sanctioned and they will have unjustly benefited from their many crimes. How can they be punished just for one season for their violations of every rule there was to violate for a decade?. The punishments must fit the crimes.
