Fiorentina sign over 10 players this summer to challenge for Champions League spot

On August 12th, with Pellegrino about to join Fiorentina from Parma, the Viola are set to sign 11 new players this summer window, making them the Serie A team with the most transfers this summer, excluding promoted teams.

Last season, Fiorentina went 15 league matches without a win at the start of the season, falling to the bottom of the Serie A table, and eventually secured survival with 42 points, finishing 15th in the league. This summer transfer window, they have made double-digit signings. The transfer window is not yet over, and we await to see what other big moves the Viola will make.
