Foden recently told Men in Blazers in an interview that Haaland is the best striker he has ever played with.
When talking about Haaland, Foden was unequivocal: "My teammate Haaland scores so many goals mainly because of his strong mentality. I think he always appears in the perfect position. I don’t know how to explain it—he has an instinct that allows him to be in the right place at the right time. That ability can’t be taught through training. I believe that’s why he scores so many goals. Is he the best striker I’ve ever played with? Absolutely, without a doubt. Nobody scores more goals than him, and that alone makes him fully deserving."
This season, Haaland has made 29 appearances across all competitions for Manchester City, scoring 28 goals and providing 4 assists. He currently leads the Premier League scoring chart by a wide margin with 20 goals.
