Liverpool have finally claimed the 2024/25 Premier League title and with celebrations already beginning, a fresh worry has emerged for Manchester United hero Gary Neville

The 2024/25 Premier League season is all-but over after a fascinating weekend. Liverpool have been crowned as this season's champions.
Arne Slot's side secured the trophy by dismantling Tottenham 5-1 at Anfield. Understandably, the celebrations have already gotten underway on Merseyside.
While Liverpool will be toasting their latest success, there was also some anguish. Manchester United's awful season continued against ten-man Bournemouth, while Ipswich became the latest side to be relegated from the top-flight.
The FA Cup also had its fair share of thrills and spills with Manchester City and Crystal Palace booking their spots in the FA Cup final. Arsenal weren't in action but have plenty on their mind as they prepare for their Champions League semi-final clash with French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
With all that in mind, take a look at the latest headlines from across the Premier League and beyond:
Salah's honest admission
Salah was one of the Liverpool players who spoke to the media on the Anfield pitch and he gave some eye-catching quotes. Liverpool's talisman gave shout-outs to Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane and Jurgen Klopp while hailing Slot and his team-mates.
Asked how it compared to the last title win back in 2019/20, when Covid-19 restrictions meant no fans, Salah said: "Ah, this is way better 100 per cent. Without Sadio, without Jurgen, without Bobby, with everybody it feels more special, with the fans. But you know, you have a different group now, a different manager and you show you are able to do it again - it’s something special.”
There was also a subtle hint that he prefers playing for Slot than Klopp. "You can see the numbers," he said. "Now I don't have to defend much. The tactics are quite different. I said 'as long as you rest me defensively I will provide offensively', so I am glad that I did. He listened a lot and you can see the numbers."
Ratcliffe sent damning reality check
Gary Neville admits 'the debate is over' when it comes to deciding the most successful club in England now that Liverpool have joined Manchester United on 20 domestic titles. The Reds' latest triumph means they and United are once again level when it comes to league crowns.
United had steamed ahead of their rivals under Sir Alex Ferguson. But their decline since his retirement - coupled with Liverpool's renaissance under Jurgen Klopp and subsequent success with Arne Slot - means there can now be no debate that the Reds are ahead of Neville's old club, says the former United defender.
"It should cause real tremors over at Old Trafford. The idea that Liverpool - which is obviously a great football club - will be the most successful club in English football after today, that really should cause heartache and pain, because it took a lot to get ahead of Liverpool," Neville told those in power at Old Trafford ahead of Liverpool's win over Spurs.

PSG boss Luis Enrique has already gotten his pre-match mind games underway by suggesting he knows everything about Arsenal ahead of their Champions League meeting. As quoted by football.london, the Spaniard said: "Did I already start analysing Arsenal? No, because I already know Arsenal perfectly.
"For a very long time, it’s a team I’ve followed. For the rest, the qualities we have, the faults we have, are the same.
"We can improve, yes, but if you focus on what’s negative, that’s your problem. We don’t do that.”

I will advise Gary Neville one of the most respected Manutd legends to tell the Club Management Sir Ratcliffe inclusive to relieve Amorim of his post because as it's now the Club will be worst for it next season.
We are creating a team for the future and it's taking shape. Just be patient and in 2 years time we shall show them.

Yes Liverpool now edges it ahead of Manchester United and be the undisputed best Club in England
Not the best or biggest but in terms of trophies won, Man United is still the biggest club in England.
