Gazzetta dello Sport: Dybala faces decisive test today on calf problem

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma want to put their Champions League defeat behind them and return their focus to the league. Gasperini hopes to get back at least one player from the long injury list that has plagued Roma over the past month.

Today, Dybala will undergo a decisive test to check whether his calf problem has fully cleared and to confirm whether he can at least be included in the squad against his friend Matic. Manu Koné appears to have overcome his thigh muscle problem, but Roma will be extra cautious because the midfielder is due to join up with France next.

The outlook for Gollini is optimistic. He was troubled by a back strain against Manchester United but felt less pain yesterday. If he is unavailable again, Devis Vásquez will remain in goal, as Mile Svilar will not return until after the international break.

Finally, there is almost no chance of Devyne Rensch returning. He left the pitch at Old Trafford after 20 minutes with severe pain in his right adductor and will undergo instrumental tests today amid fears of an injury.
