That following season Bayern appointed Pep Guardiola as Manager and played the UEFA SUPER CUP against Chelsea FC, when Chelsea FC won the UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE that same season against SL Benfica and both Bayern verses Chelsea faced each other in the UEFA SUPER CUP between both Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho. The game drew during full 90minutes and Romelu Lukaku misses Chelsea FC final penalty during the penalty shoot out.

Easy..the previous manager(something with H..an old guy) won CL but at the end of the season he quit..and Guardiola was appointed the new coach and he played the super cup
