Pep Guardiola is one of six managers nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Season award for 2025-26.
The Manchester City boss was nominated alongside Arsenal's Mikel Arteta, Manchester United's Michael Carrick, Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola, Brentford's Keith Andrews and Sunderland's Regis Le Bris.
Guardiola has won the award five times, most recently in 2023-24; only Sir Alex Ferguson (10) has won Manager of the Season more often.
City could still win the Premier League title this term, trailing leaders Arsenal by two points with two games to go.
Arteta, meanwhile, is hoping to deliver Arsenal's first top-flight title since 2003-04, with his side winning 24 of their 36 league games so far this term (D7 L5).
Arsenal have won 16 games with a clean sheet in the Premier League this season, only doing so more in 2023-24 (17). Seven of those wins have been 1-0, with the Gunners last winning more by that scoreline in 1998-99 (nine).
Despite only being appointed in January, Carrick has turned United's season around and helped them qualify for the Champions League.
He has won 10 of his 15 games since replacing Ruben Amorim (D3 L2) in January, which includes victories over Arsenal, City and Liverpool.
One more point from their last two games would see United secure a third-place finish in the league.
Iraola has already announced he will be leaving Bournemouth at the end of the season, but the Spaniard is looking to guide them into Europe before his departure.
The Cherries are also unbeaten in their last 16 Premier League games (W8 D8), the longest run of any side in the competition this season, with Champions League football still on the cards for next season.
Brentford are in a similar situation under Andrews, who has proved many doubters wrong during his first season in charge, with the Bees also targeting European football.
Brentford's average of 12.9 shots faced and 4.2 shots on target faced per game this season are both their lowest in any of their five Premier League campaigns.
Le Bris's Sunderland, meanwhile, could still finish in the top half of the table following their promotion to the top-flight.
Only Arsenal, City and Crystal Palace have kept more clean sheets than Sunderland in the Premier League this season (11). It is the most by a promoted club in a single campaign since Leeds United in 2020-21 (12).

Who is Carrick? What the hell had Carrick done to merit being in the list, let alone winning the award!!! This is clear bias if old United approach... How would they overlook Emery and Glasner to include Carrick for participating in less than half of 38 EPL games not to mention other competitions?
because you are senseless doesn't mean that everyone should be like you
