Manchester City star Erling Haaland has asked lawyers to get him out of the club in the summer.

The Norway forward joined City in the summer from Borussia Dortmund.

There is a release clause in his contract of £175 million that kicks in during the summer of 2024.

Now it appears that Haaland wants that to be brought forward amid City's financial irregularities scandal with the Premier League according to Daily Express.

Spanish publication Defensa Central states that Real Madrid are very interested in signing Haaland.

The striker may have no interest in staying at City if there is the threat of Premier League relegation.
