Manchester United transfer target Erling Braut Haaland is reportedly demanding a huge wage increase to make his next move.
The striker joined Red Bull Salzburg from Norwegian club Molde just last year, signing a deal worth €1million per year.
But his stock has sky rocketed after a remarkable run of 28 goals in 22 games for the Austrian club in all competitions.
With United and Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig said to be leading the race for his signature, German newspaper Bild report Haaland has upped his demands.
He is now reportedly asking for at least €8m a year, with Leipzig currently refusing to go over the €5m mark.
If those demands are true, then Haaland's wage would equate to around £130k per week, making him one of United's highest earners.
That appears to suit the biggest clubs chasing Haaland, such as United, Juventus and Real Madrid, who have the financial clout to take the risk of spending such big-money on a teenager still unproved in the major European leagues despite his Champions League success.
Haaland is in the process of deciding his future along with agent Mino Raiola, who will certainly look to take a hefty sum from any deal.

Why are we even looking to sign him.He only wants to come bcoz of money, what more can u expect from a Mino Raiola's client. He is going to be another Alexis Sanchez, don't need these kind of players, and why are even looking at striker we already got Greenwood and Martial, just spend money on a creative midfielder. Why are we not learning from our previous mistakes.Haaland only score tap ins and we hardly create any chances, just sign someone like Kulusevski,Van De Beek instead of a striker.

He is not asking for 250K like Martial. It's just 130K Tie him for 4-5 seasons for same wage. We are in need of him not the other way around. Look at the clubs lining for the player.
