Pep Guardiola said he is the "happiest man on the planet" at Manchester City, as he brushed off speculation surrounding his imminent exit.
Widespread reports on Monday suggested Guardiola has decided to leave City at the end of the season.
If the 55-year-old is to depart, then he will not do so as a Premier League champion, with Tuesday's draw against Bournemouth confirming Arsenal as title winners for the first time since 2004.
Guardiola's side turned in a largely flat display on the back of their FA Cup triumph on Saturday, and Bournemouth were unfortunate not to go further ahead at the Vitality Stadium before Erling Haaland slammed home in second-half stoppage time, but it was too little, too late for City.
Focus will now turn to what could well be Guardiola's final game in charge after a decade at City, which has seen him lead the club to 20 trophies. They take on Aston Villa at home on Sunday.
But Guardiola insisted he has made no decision on his future just yet.
"I could say I have one year of a contract – the conversation we have had for many years, always from my experience, when you [media] announce whatever you announce during a competition, it is a bad, bad result," he told Sky Sports.
"The first person I have to talk to is my chairman because we both decide – we will talk, it is simple as that and after that, we will take the decision.
"Listen, I have one more year. I will not tell you here as I have to talk to my chairman, with my players and with my staff.
"I am the happiest man on the planet to be in this club. This club is extraordinary."
For the first time in his managerial career, Guardiola has failed to win the league title in consecutive seasons in charge.
"I know they love me so much, I love you more! I know that! It's the best place to be, I love this place. I adore it," Guardiola added of the City fans' support.
"So let me talk about my club, right? Even if people say I've talked with a thousand million people.
"I was just incredibly, incredibly focused on my job, and when we are in competitions, this is what I have to do.
"The players gave everything all season, fighting for difficult circumstances until the end. We were close.
"On behalf of Man City, congratulations to Arsenal, Mikel [Arteta] and all the backroom staff on the Premier League, which they deserve.
"He put in a lot of effort and work. Congratulations to him."
