Fabrizio Romano announced on social media that former Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal had joined Getafe on a free transfer, with his medical examination completed.
Romano confirmed that Getafe has reached a verbal agreement with Carvajal, and the signing is imminent.
The medical has been completed, and the club is ready to make the announcement pending LaLiga's approval under Financial Fair Play regulations.
Carvajal has agreed to join Getafe, as previously reported by ABC.
