Here we go! According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, Brentford captain Christian Nørgaard is set to join Arsenal.
Romano reports that Arsenal submitted a €11 million bid on Wednesday local time, and have now reached a full agreement with Brentford.
Nørgaard has also agreed to personal terms and will undergo a medical with Arsenal, which has already been approved by Brentford.
With Thomas Partey expected to leave the club on a free transfer, Nørgaard is set to become his replacement in Arsenal’s midfield.

At the end of the day no fan here is a shareholder in Arsenal. We are all fans: Yes Supporters only. The ownership decides what will happen to the club. We can recommend all we like but if the club does not have the money to throw around or have the money but would not wish to spend it unwisely, it will do nothing. By the way Thomas Partey should at his age be accepting the £200,00 per week pay to be a bit part player. That’s if he is interested in staying at Arsenal. Now that Noggard has agreed to go to Arsenal, Partey will find it difficult to get the attention of any club that will pay him such wages in Europe. Arsenal has been very intentional and careful in this window and does not wish to be blackmailed into buying players beyond their worth. Whether Sesko or Gyokeres. Arsenal has refused to payment is not reasonable and that to my mind is the way to go. They will buy a striker but not an overvalued striker.

Nobody’s noticing why arsenal signed nordgaard You could almost say that they have saved money considering the wages of it could have taken to increase partey salary and contract rumored to be 280k a week so norgaard will likely to be on 70-80k a week which saves the club roughly 10mill a year Which is more then what they paid for him And they can increase the salaries of saliba and saka 300k a week and the new signings if they sign Rodrigo sesko or gyokeres whatever they want to sign so their wages will be balanced

There is no cause for alarm. This Norgaard guy is good. This is one of the guys that makes Brentford hard to break, so coming to arsenal will further solidify the team. Good signing in my opinion
