Can’t for the life understand how Chadli can fit in this squad but not Radja. But I’m actually more concerned about the tactics, the match against Portugal was really bad from Belgium...

J. lukaku and Kabasele are both carrying injuries iirc, altough would still prefer those two slighly unfit over both Chadli and Boyata.
On paper and based on their prestations in their clubs I would agree with you. However Chadli played very well for Belgium whenever he appeared. Mostly flawless while 1,5y ago J. Lukaku made a lot of errors. And there are enough unfit players in the backline so probably Martinez want some certain backups instead of more injuries.

sometimes I cant understand football, naiggolan is fit buh he did nt get chance in de squad , kompany is good buh he x an injury prone yet he got de chance to be in de squad

I think this is a strong team that at least offer are big threat to any opponents, Belgium still have some player that have contributed well during the season with their respective club and during the qualification series, but only 23 players is maximum you can register and I think the manager know more.

if Kompany completely misses the WC i would switch to a four-back instead and play a 4-3-3 with Hazard, Lukaku, and Carassco up in tge first line, De Bruyne in the midfield, slightly more advanced than Dembele and Witsel.

Compare the structure of the squad though with England. Only taking 6 defenders and 3 strikers ...... so many options in midfield ..... exactly where you need it. England stacked with too many (average) defenders. Belgium are blessed with talent throughout. Agree that Nainggolan should be in there though.

I'm sort of surprised Benteke got cut, because we're already short on Attackers, but this probably means he sees Mertens more as a backup striker than a winger.
