Inter announce that the club has signed 18-year-old striker Martin Satriano from Uruguayan Primera Division club Nacional.
The 18-year-old, who can also play in the second striker role, will initially find himself playing for Inter’s Primavera but he will have the chance to impress Inter manager Antonio Conte in training.
