Not everything is about goals and assists. Something in football is called building the game. Lopetegui's system demanded him to build the game not score goals. Besides no player was good in scoring goals during Lope ,not even the forwards. And Solari never gave him the start or the confidence to assist or score goals. There was a reason why Isco fit so well even in Zidane's direct system and Zidane preferred Isco over James and also Bale and that yielded us results. Yes,he had a lots of assists under Zidane. Madrid really need high work rate wingers in order to cope with Isco Azpilicueta and Carvajal are consistent player defensively and offensively Mahrez a high work rate winger would pair tremendously with Carvajal Azpilicueta would be great support for Hazard offensively and with Hazard's talent it's easier for Azpilicueta to cover Casemiro and Kross on the middle and the back line Isco would be able to roam more freely to find player like Dybala upfront and support from hazard and mahrez

With the way Isco is playing he can not get a playing time under Guadiola because for me Isco is more an entertainer than a serious footballer, Isco is one player who doesn't know when you are desperate need of win but would dribble and turn round the pitch all day. if he up his game he can get back into the team now doubt about that.

When you talk of capability you should give us statistics of his performances in the past, how many goals he has scored,how many goals he created, how many assist he has to his name. we are not looking for an entertainer but a footballer who can step into the field and deliver result.

Isco is a fantastic creative midfielder and doesn't deserve what Solari is doing to him. A player who was consistent and effective for Zidane's treble winning UCL team can't just fall like that. If the situation doesn't change then he should just leave and find success somewhere else before Solari tactical ends his career at the top level.
