Turkish Süper Lig side Istanbul have officially ended their loan deal with Turkish star Arda Turan, who has left the club.
Turan, who will turn 33, joined Istanbul on a two-and-a-half-year loan from Barcelona in January 2018. As Istanbul announced on Tuesday that Turan had applied to leave and the club agreed to his request.
Arda Turan, who has played 100 games for Turkey, is out of contract at the end of the season. Turan is understood to have returned to Barca and is looking for a new team.
Turan has returned to Barcelona after his contract with the Spanish giants expired at the end of the season, according to an update on the Transfermarkt.
