'It could have happened' - Ajax star Ziyech confirms Bayern transfer rumors

Hakim Ziyech confirms Bayern were interested in him but he didn't want to wait.

Ajax has announced that Hakim Ziyech has signed a contract extension with the club until 2022. But according to AD, Ziyech admits that Bayern could have signed him.

"Yes, that could have happened. 

"I could've waited. But for me and Ajax, it was about time to have some clarity.

"A transfer has never been a sacred goal for me."
