Rakitić is a versatile and physical midfielder who can stake a claim on nearly every inch of the midfield. He’s an offensive-minded player, but he is also an avid defender when his team requires it. He has good game vision and his passing capability is excellent. Throughout his career he’s stood out as great assister. He also possesses a powerful shot. He is also excellent at crashing the box, an ability that has allowed him to increase his goalscoring tally since his arrival to Spanish football

Rakitic is a hard working, ever willing midfielder... He has got the knack of scoring goals,an exceptional volley technique, has a great vision for defence piercing balls, links up with team mates well.. Defensively he's not so good as Busquets, but does an adequate job. Given Luka Modric is rated as 82, I would rate him 80.5/100.

Rakitic is a versatile and physical midfielder, who stay calm on any angle that he is, he possess powerful shots from any box, his passing is placed excellently and his crossing his incredible. He is an offensive-minded midfielder, but he is also an avid defender, when his team requires it. He has a good game vision and his pace is superb. Throughout his career, he is known for his great passing, and that ability has influenced him positively. He is underrated, for me I will rate him 88/100.

The real super hero of Barcelona, so under rated. All credit giving to Modric but they 4get Rakitic was also one of the main reasons Croatia went this far at the World Cup
