Ivan Toney charged with assault at London nightclub in December

On August 7th, Ivan Toney was charged with assaulting another person at a nightclub in central London.

Ivan Toney, who currently plays for Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia, was formally charged on July 31st for an incident that occurred on December 6th last year on Wardour Street in London's Soho district.

He is accused of causing actual bodily harm and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on September 24th. His spokesperson stated: "Ivan Toney is aware of the charge and, although deeply shocked, he looks forward to the opportunity to prove his innocence in court."
