The fallout from Real Madrid’s split from Xabi Alonso continued on Tuesday with a strongly-worded statement from Jude Bellingham.
Alonso’s seven-month spell as Madrid head coach ended on Monday, one day after the team’s loss to Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup final. Some reports had suggested that Bellingham, and certain other senior players, had not seen eye-to-eye with Alonso during their time together at the Bernabéu.
On Tuesday Bellingham issued a response to the claims that he was happy to see Alonso depart. Writing in a message on his own JB5 app, Bellingham hit out at the reports.
The Englishman wrote: “What a load of s**t. Truly feel sorry for the people that hang on to the every word of these clowns and their ‘sources’.”
Alonso leaves Madrid after just 34 games but does so with one of the best win percentage records of any head coach. The Spaniard ends his time at the Bernabéu with a win percentage of 70.6%, the joint-fifth-best in club history.
For context his predecessor Carlo Ancelotti had a win percentage of 70.8%, only slightly better. The all-time leader among Real Madrid coaches is Manuel Pellegrini, who won 75% of the games in his single season at the Bernabéu.

From the very inception, Alonso was far from being the right candidate to get this team better. Worthy coaches of J. clopp calibre makes more sense. Abeloa won't last either
klopp isn't going to Real Madrid, he already Said that he is ok and won't return to coach right now

Great excuse by Bellingham. His performance shows what kind of player you are. One of the over-hyped player.

You can shout at the top of your lungs but the truth is out there. You and the mouthy Vincius cost Alonso his job.
