Andrea Agnelli watched on as Juventus came from behind to beat relegation strugglers Parma in Serie A.
Match Report
Juventus, fresh from conceding defeat in the controversial European Super League plot, went behind in the first half thanks to a sublime free kick from Parma star Gaston Brugman, leaving Gianluigi Buffon with no chance.
Alex Sandro levelled the scores just before the break with a well-taken goal after being teed up by Matthijs de Ligt who headed the ball into his path.
The Brazilian was at the double for the hosts, heading from close range two minutes into the second half to put Andrea Pirlo's side in front.
De Ligt wrapped up all three points with 20 minutes remaining after powering home a header from an excellent Juan Cuadrado corner.
Juve saw out the win with ease to move onto 65 points from 32 matches, one ahead of Atalanta, who play AS Roma on Thursday, while Parma remain in deep trouble in 19th, 11 points from the safety zone.
The result will have pleased Agnelli, who has endured a tumultuous week in which European football's heavyweights attempted to change the landscape forever.
