Trezeguet insists Comolli will need his first summer market's signings to prove themselves this season. He also admits he remains uncertain about Dusan Vlahovic's value to Juve.
He told Tuttosport: "I don't know him, but what's certain is that he'll be called upon to prove he's a winner. That's all that matters at Juve. David, Openda, and Zhegrova have arrived in attack. They're interesting players with good technical ability, but that's not enough for Juve.
"It'll be up to them—with Tudor's help—to show us that they deserve to defend these colors. From Vlahovic, for example, we all expected more. Maybe we were wrong: playing for Fiorentina isn't the same as playing for Juventus. Three years have passed, yet Dusan doesn't seem to have understood where he is.
"Although, to be honest, he seems more at peace now: it almost seems like he's shed the responsibility he's always held onto. Now that we're no longer choosing him as a regular starter, paradoxically, he's started scoring consistently again. Maybe that's his true calling: a solid player during the game."
