Juventus have reportedly swooped in to hijack Zeki Celik\'s contract extension with Serie A rivals Roma.
The 29-year-old has been with Roma since the summer of 2022, joining from French side Lille for a reported €7 million fee.
Celik looked set to extend his stay at the club and put pen to paper on a new deal, but that no longer appears to be the case.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Serie A rivals Juventus have swooped in and will now sign the Turkey international as a free agent.
Celik was in Turin today (July 16) to finalize the deal despite having had a verbal agreement with Roma in place.
