Juventus are reportedly unwilling to pay Aston Villa's surprisingly low asking price for goalkeeper Emi Martinez.
The Italian giants are on the hunt for a new goalkeeper and are understood to have made the 33-year-old their priority target.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Aston Villa have set their asking price at €10m plus add-ons for Martinez, but even that is too steep for Juventus.
Failure to qualify for Champions League football and the wider financial state of Italian football have had a serious impact on the club.
Juventus are still keen on Martinez, with the player also interesting in trying his hand in the Serie A, but the outlay for a player who will turn 34 in September is deemed too much.
It’s understood that Martinez will also demand wages of around €5m.
