After last season's Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, Loris Karius grabbed the headlines for the wrong reasons after two of his errors led directly to goals.
The German goalkeeper has spoken to the Bild newspaper about those mistakes and also his clash with Sergio Ramos.
"Nobody will ever know the link between the blow I received and the mistakes I later made on the pitch. It's not an excuse, just an explanation," the Besiktas player said.
"I don't know if Sergio Ramos deliberately injured me. Only he knows, but it's not important.
"However, he has never said sorry to me. The tests that they did on me showed I had a visual impairment.
"In normal circumstances it's hard to imagine that I would make those mistakes."

I'm stupid or what??? I remember that ramos didn't injured karius but mohammed salah and it's too much late to tell this on social media because this event was from the very past... And this looks like karius is saying this to not let people laugh about the mistake he did in the CLF when hi accidentally passed the ball to benzema to let real Madrid score and win the match

Why should he apologize? One of YOUR teammates tripped/bumped into him and cause him to stumble and you got hit. It wasn’t on purpose. Quit making excuses for your shitty performance. If you had such visual impairment why would you not say anything and continue being a liability for your team? The final is long gone. Move on. You lost fair and square.
