According to beIN sports journalist Khaled Waleed, FC Barcelona and PSG have an AGREEMENT for Barca to resign Neymar Jr apart from the players salary. Barcelona want PSG to pay the majority of his wages.
Waleed says, the key problem is neymar's salary payment. If PSG can pay most of Neymar's wages, he will get back to Barca.
