Kurt Zouma has reportedly agreed to join Everton from Chelsea.

The defender was on loan at Stoke last season and suffered relegation from the Premier League side.

Zouma had been linked with a move to Manchester United but is set to become the Toffees' latest acquisition.

French newspaper L'Equipe claim Everton have agreed terms with Chelsea for the player to move before today's 5pm transfer deadline.

Zouma will initially spend a year on loan at Goodison Park and will be joined by Barcelona defender Yerry Mina.

The Colombian had an impressive World Cup but is out of favour in Spain and will cost Everton almost £30million.

Manager Marco Silva will also complete deals for Mina's Barcelona teammate Andre Gomes.

Everton have had one of the busiest transfer deadline days in the top flight and will also confirm the signing of Bernard from Shakhtar Donetsk.

He joins countryman Richarlison who moved from Watford earlier in the window.

One player who could leave the club is Yannick Bolasie who is wanted by several sides including Burnley and former club Crystal Palace.
