Alexandre Lacazette could quit Arsenal this week, according to reports in France.
The former Lyon striker has got off to a slow start to life under new manager Unai Emery.
He has found himself on the bench for all three of Arsenal's Premier League games this season, with Emery favouring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as a lone front man.
So far, he has opted against playing Aubameyang and Lacazette together.
The team selections have reportedly left Lacazette concerned about whether his future lies at the Emirates or not.
Le10Sport in France are reporting that he is now open to pushing for a move before the European transfer windows close at the end of the week.
It is also reported that European clubs have already made contact with Arsenal to ask about the players' availability before Friday's deadline.
However, Arsenal are expected to do all they can to keep Lacazette at the club until at least January.
The Gunners would be unable to sign a replacement, with the Premier League transfer window already closed.
Lacazette was sent on on at half-time of Saturday's game against West Ham and helped turn a 1-0 deficit into a 3-1 victory,
Following the game, he said: “I knew I could help the team.
“What I do is different to everyone else. I just want to play and help my team all the time.
“When you come off the bench you have to be ready for your team-mates, it is what I tried to do and obviously it helped us to get the win."

Lacazette, though not yet displaying the form he was in when he arrived at Arsenal, deserves to start ahead of Aubameyang who hasn't scored a single goal in all 3 starts he has had this season ahead of both Lacazette and Welbeck, both of whom have scored, Welbeck having done so without even being on the pitch more than 45 minutes!! It's this kind of stubborn stupidity of Emery, that resembles too accurately the same stubborn streak of Arsene Wenger which cost Arsenal heavily, and for at least 15 of 22 years. If it were put to a vote of who stays and who goes, is an simple choice for me. Lacazette stays, and stubbornness goes. Emery refuses to change Arsenal formation, despite the overwhelming evidence of it not baring fruit. Emery refuses to rest/drop Aubameyang and Xhaka who are still yet to contribute in accord with Football, yet Emery has started them in all 3 matches to date. Football Is No Respect or of Persons!!! What is Emery trying to prove by persisting with their selection? From football's perspective, all Emery has proven is that he is football blind!! And that's of concern. Yes Arsenal took 3 points from Westham match, and they will now go on to take further 3 points from clubs they are yet to face. But can it be said now, that Arsenal will take the 3 points from the Cardiff match, or any other club they are yet to face? And that's because Emery's stubbornness is not of football. There are players being selected for every match whom don't contribute in accord with football, so why? Lacazette has been scoring goals for Arsenal during the preseason, and given the opportunity, shows he will continue to do so whilst improving. Lacazette and Aubameyang should start. Why wait until after 45 minutes to play them together. Everyone is commenting about Emery making great timely substitutions. If he starts the right players he wouldnt need to. Also, Bellerin was praised to have created goals in the game agsinst West Ham. However, his defensive play was poor. Why continue to take risks. Start Lichsteiner and I guarantee that Arsenal would do better defensively.
