Chelsea should part company with Jorginho now that Maurizio Sarri has left.
That's according to former goalkeeper Shaka Hislop, who says the south-west London club should move the midfielder on as a matter of urgency.
Sarri brought Jorginho in from Napoli in his first transfer window at Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder put pen to paper on a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge, but Hislop isn't convinced he cuts the mustard in the Premier League.
Speaking to ESPN, Hislop said: "As far as Jorginho goes, if Sarri's announced on Monday, I'm Chelsea, I sell Jorginho on Tuesday.
"Give myself six weeks or whatever it is to find a replacement to spend that money. The appeal I think pushes any hearing beyond the close of the transfer window."
Chelsea announced Sarri's departure on Sunday, with the Italian returning to Italy to become the next Juventus boss.
Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia said: "In talks we had following the Europa League final, Maurizio made it clear how strongly he desired to return to his native country, explaining that his reasons for wanting to return to work in Italy were significant.
"He also believed it important to be nearer his family, and for the well-being of his elderly parents he felt he needed to live closer to them at this point.
"Maurizio leaves Chelsea with thanks from us all for the work he and his assistants did during the season he spent as our head coach, and for winning the Europa League, guiding us to another cup final and a third-place finish in the Premier League.
"We would also like to congratulate him on securing the role as big as any in Serie A and to wish him the best of luck for the future."
Frank Lampard is the hot favourite to take over at Stamford Bridge after guiding Derby County to the play-off final in his first season in management.

He's too useful of a player to let him go just because Sarri is leaving. Have no doubts any other manager would not have problem utilizing his assets as well.
