Lautaro is one of Barcelona's top targets for summer transfer window (AS)

Inter's Lautaro Martinez is one of Barcelona's top targets for the Summer transfer window according to a report from Spanish newspaper AS.

The reigning Spanish champions wish to bring in several top players to surround Lionel Messi in his final years with the club with Neymar also believed to be a target for them.

The report stresses that regardless of whether or not Luis Suarez stays with the club past this season, the Blaugrana still have every intention of bringing in a new striker for the long-term.

Lautaro joined Inter back in 2018 from Racing Club in a circa €20 million deal and will not come cheap for Barcelona due to the fact Inter are unlikely to accept anything less than his €111 million release clause.

Reports in the Italian media as of late have however stated that Inter management are trying to agree a new contract with the 22-year-old and either significantly up the release clause or remove it entirely to give themselves more power.
