Matias Vecino's last-gasp equaliser snatched a point for Lazio, who held 10-man Juventus to a 1-1 draw.
Match Report
The Bianconeri looked like they would tighten their grip on fourth place in Serie A, after Randal Kolo Muani's strike early in the second half at Stadio Olimpico.
However, after Pierre Kalulu was sent off for violent conduct, the visitors were denied in the 96th minute, when Vecino tucked home a dramatic equaliser from close range.
Juve broke the deadlock six minutes after the restart when Kolo Muani headed home his seventh league goal of the season from Weston McKennie's cross.
Yet, Igor Tudor's side were forced to play the remaining half an hour with a numerical disadvantage, as Kalulu was shown a straight red for shoving Valentin Castellanos in the face.
Lazio turned up the pressure with their extra man. Mario Gila had a header saved and Alessio Romagnoli nodded over, while Boulaye Dia hit the post in the 94th minute.
Nevertheless, their intensity finally paid dividends with effectively the last action of the game. Michele Di Gregorio could only parry Castellanos' header straight to Vecino, who tapped in a dramatic equaliser.
Both sides remain level on points (64), with Juve ahead on goal difference in fourth, though sixth-place Roma can leapfrog them with victory over Atalanta on Monday.
Data Debrief: Hosts snatch another stalemate
Timed at 95 minutes and 42 minutes, Vecino's goal was the second-latest conceded by Juventus in the last 20 Serie A seasons, after Criscito's against Genoa (95 minutes, 52 seconds) in May 2022.
It was Lazio's 19th goal via substitutes in Serie A this term, more than any other team.
The Biancocelesti have now drawn six successive home league games for the first time since 1991.
Meanwhile, Tudor is the first Juventus coach to fail to win any of his first four Serie A away games in charge since Cestmir Vycpalek in 1971.
Although, the Bianconeri are unbeaten in each of their last six Serie A matches in which they have received a red card (won two, drawn four).
