Peter Crouch remains sidelined as Stoke travel to Leicester on Saturday, while 18-year-old fellow striker Tyrese Campbell may be involved.
Crouch sat out the 1-1 draw with Brighton last time out due to an ankle infection and Potters boss Paul Lambert is considering bringing Campbell into the matchday squad.
Bruno Martins Indi is set to be part of the 18 after missing the last three games, while Stephen Ireland (calf) is still unavailable.
Butland, Grant, Shawcross, Zouma, Martins Indi, Wimmer, Cameron, Bauer, Stafylidis, Pieters, Johnson, Fletcher, Allen, Adam, Ndiaye, Afellay, Shaqiri, Choupo-Moting, Sobhi, Jese, Diouf, Berahino, Campbell.

Leicester City have lost only one of their seven previous Premier League matches against Stoke City (W3 D3) – losing 1-0 at the King Power Stadium in January 2015.
Stoke have won just twice in their last 29 visits away to Leicester in all competitions (D16 L11), with both victories arriving in their last 10 trips.
Leicester won five of their first eight Premier League games under Claude Puel (D2 L1) – they’ve won just two of the last 10 (D3 L5).
The Potters are on their longest away winless Premier League run (eight games) since September 2015 (also eight without a win), last going nine without victory in March 2014 (13 games).
Only Manchester City (16.3%) have a better shot conversion rate than Leicester City in the Premier League this season (14.3%).
Jamie Vardy has scored in each of his last four Premier League matches (four goals), his longest consecutive run of scoring since his record breaking 11-match run between August and November 2015.
Vardy has ended on the losing side in six Premier League games in which he’s scored this season, double the amount of any other player - he is just one losing game in which he’s scored shy of equalling the Premier League record for a season, set by Matt Le Tissier in 1992/93 and Charlie Austin in 2014/15 (seven).
Following Matt Ritchie’s goal against Man Utd for Newcastle during the last round of games, Wilfried Ndidi has now had the most shots in the Premier League this season without scoring (34).
Paul Lambert has failed to see his sides score more than once in any of his past 22 away Premier League games, the longest-ever run of any Premier League manager – Stoke’s 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth meant Lambert overtook Bryan Robson, Neil Warnock and Sean Dyche (all on 21).
Jamie Vardy has scored in three of his last five Premier League appearances against Stoke, including in each of the last two at the King Power Stadium.
