Messi did not play last Friday 23 against Italy in Manchester, and did not train at Valdebebas. The No 10 watched his team's 2-0 victory over Italy from the bench because he felt some proglems in his right leg.
Argentina face Spain on Tuesday 27 at the Wanda Metropolitano at 9.30, and Messi may not feature. His physical state is a worry.
