The Greece international fullback is up for sale at Liverpool before Monday's deadline.
The Reds have been favouring an outright sale, but Roma have deemed their valuation as too rich.
After several days of talks, Liverpool are now climbing down and are prepared to re-adjust their position.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Liverpool are now willing to discuss a season-long loan for Tsimikas.

Let him go on loan and comeback after Robbo leaves. He already adapt with the team so it's good if he comeback. He a good player but not a big player tbh especially at Left-back. He play for Greece and I don't think even he sitting on the bench he not getting calling up for national team. He is a player who need to be on the good team to won trophy. Liverpool is the best for him but now better go loan because Robbo still there . Kerkez new guy who need to be the next long future Liverpool LB
