Romelu Lukaku remains in Belgium this week.
The striker has ignored demands by Napoli management to return to Naples to continue his recovery from a hip injury.
Instead, Lukaku has insisted his body is better served being treated at home in Belgium, where he has remained for the past fortnight, despite the orders from the club.
Het Nieuwsblad says on Wednesday morning the 32-year-old appeared at Bosuil, Antwerp's training centre, for an individual training session.
Lukaku returned to training, an encouraging sign that his recovery is progressing in the right direction. In the coming days, it will be clearer when he is expected to return to Naples.
Earlier this week, Napoli sports chief Giovanni Manna warned: "The situation for me is absolutely clear. Romelu should have gone to the national team; he stayed in Belgium to train contrary to our will.
"We would have liked to talk about it here in Naples: it didn't happen and we are not happy, but respect for the group is worth more than anything. I hope he returns in a week and there will be consequences, but football goes on."

He knows his body. He needs to take care of his body. He's injured by the way, not like he was expected to play. Give these players a slack biko. They are humans

Napoli and it's treatment of Black players. There is an international break and he went to give his body rest and be treated properly. What is the problem with that? Nothing in it. But this is Napoli where black players are often I'll treated.
