MD: Raphinha & Rashford missed final training session before the Copa del Rey

According to the latest report from Mundo Deportivo, Raphinha and Rashford missed Barcelona's training session today.

Barcelona reportedly held their final training session before the Copa del Rey today. Raphinha and Rashford did not train with the team, while De Jong participated again.

Raphinha continued specific training in the gym, aiming for a quick return against Girona. He himself has predicted a less than optimistic return, stating it was "very difficult."

Raphinha was substituted at halftime against Elche due to right adductor strain and missed the matches against Albacete and Mallorca. The club stated at the time that he needed 10 days of rest.

His return was scheduled for the match against Atletico Madrid; however, his recovery has progressed slower than expected, leading the club to question his availability, let alone his starting position.

In this week's first Copa del Rey training session, De Jong and all available Barcelona players focused on ball-based training on the pitch. The Dutch midfielder did not play against Racing Santander.
