According to the latest report from The Independent, Maguire was fined £1,000 for speeding, Altay Bayindir was fined £666, while Cunha has not yet pleaded guilty and may appear in court in December.
The incident reportedly occurred on December 28 last year, when Maguire was driving a £130,000 Range Rover at 37 mph in a 30 mph zone in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
The route was from Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium to his home in Cheshire. Last week, Maguire was prosecuted and convicted for perverting the course of justice, while two of his teammates also faced criminal proceedings for similar speeding offenses.
On November 24 last year, Altay Bayindir was caught driving a Mercedes at 41 mph in a 30 mph zone in Hale Barns village, Greater Manchester, approximately an hour after Manchester United's 0-1 loss to Everton.
Cunha has also been accused of speeding and failing to respond to police letters requesting him to identify the driver of the vehicle. Court documents show that a Mercedes registered in his name was caught speeding at 37 mph on the same stretch of Hale Road where Altay Bayindir was caught speeding.
This incident occurred on August 17 last year, hours after Manchester United's 0-1 defeat to Arsenal in the opening round of the Premier League. Police stated that they had asked Cunha to identify who was driving, but he did not respond, and he is now facing another criminal charge for failing to provide information.
Maguire was banned from driving for 56 days in January 2025 for speeding. He pleaded guilty in writing and was fined £1,000 at Tameside Magistrates' Court, received 3 penalty points on his license, and was ordered to pay £120 in court costs and a £400 victim surcharge.
He submitted a written apology and explained: "I was driving at 37 mph, and I mistakenly thought the speed limit for that section of the road was 40 mph, but it was actually 30 mph.
"I understand it is my responsibility, and I fully accept my fault. I will be more careful in the future and pay more attention to speed limit signs. If possible, I would very much appreciate it if the court would consider allowing me to attend a speed awareness course instead of receiving penalty points."
Altay Bayindir, who has been called up for the World Cup, admitted to speeding without offering any mitigating circumstances and was fined £666, received 3 penalty points, and ordered to pay £120 in court costs and a £266 victim surcharge at Manchester Magistrates' Court.
Court documents show that no formal plea has yet been recorded in Cunha's case, but an official stated that he will now face a hearing in open court, where disqualification from driving and sentencing will be considered.
Last week, none of the three Manchester United stars were required to appear in court as their cases were handled privately, with a magistrate ruling based on written evidence. Cunha may appear in court when his case is heard at Bolton Magistrates' Court on December 16.
