Man City's winless run rumbles on ahead of crucial clash with Liverpool
On Tuesday night at the Etihad Stadium, City were cruising to a routine UEFA Champions League win against Dutch side Feyenoord after a brace from Erling Haaland plus a goal by Ilkay Gundogan made it 3-0 to the hosts.
However, in the last 15 minutes, City completely disintegrated as strikes from Anis Hadj Moussa, Santiago Gimenez and David Hancko made it 3-3.
As a result of the draw against Feyenoord, City are in 15th place having only collected eight points from five matches. And their winless run has reached to 6 games.
This weekend, City will travel to Anfield in the Premier League to take on title rivals Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
Manchester City have conceded two or more goals in six successive matches in all competitions for the first time since May 1963 – during a season in which they were relegated from the top-flight.
Also, Manchester City are the first team in UEFA Champions League history to be leading a match by three goals as late as the 75th minute and fail to go on to win. Unbelievable.
