The Daily Mirror claims that Manchester United are trying to sign Douglas Costa from Juventus for €45m, but he is not for sale.
According to the English newspaper, Jose Mourinho has set his sights firmly on the Brazil international winger.
He only made the move from Bayern Munich to Turin for €46m in July 2017, so the idea of selling him on a year later for less than that is implausible.
Douglas Costa has made a good impression at Juve, contributing three goals and seven assists in 35 competitive appearances this season.
The Bianconeri haven’t the slightest intention of selling the 27-year-old, who can play on the left or right wing in a trident attack.
This deal saw Juventus pay €6m for a 12-month loan with option to buy already activated for another €40m in July 2018.

The player DECIDES always, so Juve ultimately will listen to offers if a player sends the right signals.

every player has his preferred team regardless of which team his playing.. man u had welbeck and groomed him but inside his heart ws for arsenal.. so only circumstances football as a job n career lands them in different places jst for the sake of putting food on the table.. this is y u see clubs acting very clever putting those clauses in million pounds for other clubs to fail buying the player.. so Man U is best known for making a star and then offload to Real Madrid but Joze is a coach best known for buying stars and doesn't know hw to creat a star.. and this philosophy is making things difficult for players like martial and Rashford hence the frustration n poor results for Man u in all competitions.. I'm man u fan and at pain to understand Jose mourinho's philosophy
