Jose Mourinho has lost a growing number of Manchester United players who feel he is finished at Old Trafford.
They have lost faith in manager Mourinho and believe his departure from the Red Devils' hotseat is now inevitable.
A source close to the dressing room told MirrorSport some of the players have been left hurt by his repeated criticism of individual players, and believe he has undermined team spirit and confidence.
They now feel inhibited because the manager has created such a negative atmosphere.
Mourinho has clashed several times with Paul Pogba, stripping him of the vice-captaincy, and has also criticised Marcus Rashford, Alexis Sanchez and Antonio Valencia for their attitudes.
Some of the players feel Mourinho is too quick to blame others while he refuses to accept responsibility.
They felt Saturday’s abject defeat at West Ham was a perfect example, when Mourinho cited bad luck and poor officiating, instead of admitting he had been wrong to switch to three at the back and play midfielder Scott McTominay in that defence.
The source says the players are trying their best, despite appearances, to turn things around, but that they feel Mourinho’s fate is sealed.

well dis dude clearly dose not like accept responsibilities for losses. Although some times d players are responsible as if ell as some times d coach being responsible. That's a quality of a good coach, u don't run away from blames. A look at Liverpool's lost to Napoli .... Klopp agreed to be responsible for their loss and is ready to check d problem and get back fup.. And even if a player dose not play tj good why dose he carry their story round d club.. I thought the coach is supposed to like a friend to d players so they can enjoy d dressing room.... but not in mourinohs case. He clearly has to go. Infact he is dismissed already. The earlier d better

If the players are trying their best, as stated in this article, then they should all retire as they're so termed best isn't good enough for the Job's they're hired to do. Both players and Jose Mourinho, have under performed throughout this debacle, as neither appear to recognise or understand the rudiments of 'Team'!! In such an instance all are one, if Rashford, Pogba, Martial or any other team member under performs it is the responsibility of the team, and not anyone particular person. Mourinho's job is to make this understood effectively enough that all are working together as one, for each other, and most importantly for fans and club, which are also members of the Team. It's sad what's been happening at such a great club, but in many ways it is the optimum place for it to happen that those looking on can see that no matter how great a club you are, or how great a player or manager you are, individuals have no place in a Team event, unless the individual is the Team. Man Utd is currently serving a Football's instrument of Football education for all. And the teaching is: 'This is Not Football'.
